Arsenic & the Ubiquitin-Lysosomal Pathway
This figure was commissioned by Dartmouth Toxic Metals Research program at Dartmouth Medical School to summarize a research project investigating how arsenic interacts with the cellular processes by which ABC Transporters are degraded within lysosomes or recycled to the cell membrane, ultimately affecting the concentration of arsenic within the cell.
The figure was used for education, outreach, and to garner support and grant money to fund the research.
